The project involves the design of a 40-bed rehabilitation hospital dedicated to patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions. The facility is planned to deliver a healing, restorative environment while supporting highly specialized clinical care.

The design incorporates a balance of private and semi-private patient rooms, each equipped with accessible features to promote independence and dignity. Centralized nursing stations provide oversight of patient care zones, while strategically located support spaces ensure staff efficiency and rapid response.

Specialized therapy areas—including physical, occupational, and speech therapy suites—are integrated directly into the patient care environment, minimizing travel for patients while fostering daily rehabilitation routines. Additional spaces include diagnostic services, staff support areas, administrative offices, and family gathering zones.

Public areas are designed to be welcoming and accessible, with intuitive wayfinding, ADA-compliant restrooms, and healing gardens to encourage recovery through connection to nature. Durable, hygienic materials are combined with warm, calming finishes to create an atmosphere that promotes both healing and comfort. Additional spaces include diagnostic services, staff locker rooms, staff support areas, administrative offices, and family gathering zones.

The hospital is designed as a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, blending clinical excellence with patient-focused care to restore function, build strength, and support long-term recovery.
