MLK Architecture conducted an on-site assessment and master planning study to evaluate opportunities for enhancing the building’s functionality and performance. The analysis focused on identifying areas of concern related to space utilization, environmental control, occupant comfort, workflow efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards. Based on these findings, we developed a comprehensive project scope, schedule, and budget, outlining strategic design solutions to optimize the facility’s operational effectiveness and create a more resilient, efficient, and user-focused environment
